Pros:

staff helpful and excellent when we had a problem with our hirer car they could not do enough to help, you have availability of a full kitchen and a fridge freezer, the pool area is very clean and tidy

Pros:

Late check in was easy and hassle free, thank you. After a long drive this was appreciated. The room was in great position - quiet and out of the way. Bed was comfy. Will ask for this room again.
Continental breakfast was good and the other guests we encountered were lovely.

Cons:

Previous occupant's eyelash glue was left on the soap dispenser above the the sink. The LL milk in the room fridge was already opened and used. This made us question how observant the cleaning crew were and the amount of time that was allocated to cleaning. Disappointed that we could not trust the milk for a hot drink before bed after a full days drive..

Pros:

Property was well maintained. We enjoyed the free breakfast. Staff were fabulous, they let us leave our vehicle at the premises while we went on a 5 day Abrolhos Cruise. We were very happy with this as we felt that our tesla was safe in the gated area.

Cons:

I would like to see more hooks or towel rails in the bathroom.

Slightly extended Reception hours would also be good.

Pillows are extremely soft and thin, hurt my neck to be honest . Water pressure is really bad, a retraction shower hose would be much better

Pros:

Convenient location with pleasant facilities for an overnight stay. Fully equipped communal kitchen to prepare your own food if you don’t want to go into town. Secure gated carpark.
