Adequate.
Pros:

Parking was easy and centrally located. Shower was awesome.

Cons:

The stairs. Much too hard carting suitcases upstairs.
There was no one at reception, just a number to call. When we called the number it said not connected. (Tried 4 times and double checked the number).
Breakfast was very basic and the coffee was awful. (Couldn’t drink it).

Great value and great facilities
Pros:

Eye nice friendly helpful staff and place was very comfortable and clean. Good sized tv a pool and bbq area

Cons:

Location but not much you can do about that eh, not so bad as a decent walk into town for dinner etc, got Uber eats instead
