Spacious accommodation, well located
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. Location and parking were great.

Cons:

Wi-fi was poor. The oven didn’t work. There was an airfryer in the cupboard, I assume that this was to compensate, but this needs to be communicated. One dishwasher tablet for a multi-day stay.

I would recommend staying Eastwood.
Pros:

The place was very comfortable and had good amenities. The location was in a position where we could walk down to the ferry.

Cons:

The place would be perfect if there was no cars and planes.

Bus stop directly outside, great size and good aircon

Cons:

The sofa was very uncomfortable and worn, definitely needs replacing. Some sharp knives for the kitchen would be handy but not a major issue!

It is a very well located and good for value place to stay when visiting Brisbane!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartments. Very good location. Apartment was spacious and clean and the balcony was unexpectedly spacious too. We will definitely book again when we plan a trip to Brisbane. The roof top outdoor area is lovely.

Cons:

The top floor outdoor area's toilets did not have a soap dispenser.

Pros:

Apartment was decent size, with a private outdoor area. Access to supermarket & some restaurants / takeaway were quick walk across road. Carpark was free and easy to access. I had originally asked for the second bedroom to be made up as 2x singles. This was forgotten but fixed the next day when asked.

Cons:

Disappointed. I wouldn't normally complain, but there were just too many maintenance issues on this trip. We had multiple leaks in the unit, with a bucket strategically placed in the laundry cupboard to collect drips, we emptied this multiple times during our stay to avoid a flood. There was water constantly leaking from wall in bathroom near the toilet. Kitchen tap had a broken spout, so water went everywhere when using the tap & leaked all over the bench whenever in use. Furniture in the lounge room & dining area was very dated & uncomfortable. The dishwasher made the dishes dirtier than when they went in, with old food trapped inside the DW released back onto the clean dishes. The kitchen was not very well stocked, with minimal plates, cutlery, toaster, and a frypan for the stove. No tupperware, microwave dishes, baking trays... and we ended up buying our own sharp knife, dishwasher detergent, and toilet paper. Finally, there was an overwhelming perfume smell each day we returned, we had to open the unit to air it everyday.

Good for short time not a long time. You get what you pay for and overall we paid for convenience for an overnight stay.
Pros:

The elevator was great for our elderly parents. The rooms were large and spacious. Property and facilities were clean. The best feature is its convenient access to a supermarket and mall across the road.

Cons:

Due to our late flight we arrived at the location late in the evening. If a kind soul didn’t open the gate to us we would not have had access inside to the PIN coded lock box. Despite the no smoking signs (and in this day and age you’d think people would be more courteous), the apartment smelt of faint cigarette smoke that seems to have stuck to the carpet or sofa. The wifi internet wasn’t working and neither were the tv channels. It was a short overnight stay for us so not a big factor. Like most places the air con was loud but eventually did its job to keep the rooms cool.

Very comfortable apartment, easy location to find. Very accommodating especially considering we didn’t arrive until around midnight.

Nothing really, the bathroom was a bit small but that’s no great drama.
