Pros:

I liked the location and the room with its own balcony

Cons:

The bed was too soft for me abd the AC (heating) did not warm the room even after being on all day and night, the room was still freezing.

Good value for money for a family but loud for kids on the bottom floor.

Great big rooms and good price with good kitchen facilities

Cons:

The room I had was very loud at night, we watched a car nearly reverse into the window. It felt unsafe at night time due to so many people coming and going from the pub. The towels and beds had stains along with the cups. The cleaners didn’t vacuum our floor or clean up the dishes in the middle night. We only knew they had been because our towels had been replaced, beds weren’t made nicely.

Loved the buses being so close to airport. Also the parking when you have a car. Staff at booking were fantastic.

Very accommodating and lovely customer service
Pros:

Exceptional service. We needed to check in early as we had an event we needed to attend and the staff were amazing. They had the room cleaned first so it was good to go. Great little coffee hut across the road. Marina right there. Very pleasantly stay.
