Great location, very close to beach, cafes and restaurants. Comfy bed. Outside looks a bit shabby but inside was lovely.

Location near beach front and main shopping precinct.

Cons:

Noise from Hotel, lack of room service (coffee mugs not washed) . Bed only had cover pulled over, towel not changed and parking spot that was an extra charge on bookings was not provided or refunded.
Would not recommend this accommodation under any circumstances.

Awesome stay
Pros:

From Reception arrival to going to room was so friendly and helpful. We also had dinner at the rest of which we thoroughly enjoyed. Very close to beach and shops.
