I didn't stay I was out in cold all night I told staff in office in morning
Pros:

I'm disabled and I couldn't stay there because I couldn't get up the stairs there was no lift or down ground rooms I want a refund I was stranded and so cold in my wheel chair stuck all night in cold I was crying all night my parnter left me

Outdated, size of bathroom gave me anxiety and for $900 for two nights, it was crazy expensive

Overall we had a great stay at this hotel and loved the location overall.
Pros:

The room was reasonably spacious and clean. It was decorated beautifully and had a small kitchen area which was great. Both beds were comfy and room service very efficient.

Cons:

There were some cigarette butts out on the balcony which made it less appealing to go out there and chairs were very dirty. The door to the balcony was jammed and hard to open. The stairs up to the rooms were not great and put me off a bit. Also the carparks under cover were very narrow.

Rubbish under couch. Spilt food in cupboard. No broom or dustpan to clean up. Bin I n lounge room.

Good beds were comfortable and staff were welcoming and friendly
Pros:

Friendly welcoming staff, beds were comfortable reasonable rates for what you got

Cons:

The access to the room was difficult. Very dated, narrow and dark. Maybe a fresh coat of paint, widening of the path access, new lighting and even a dumb waiter for luggage would help.
