It was on the ground floor
The garage was very hard to drive into. The walls in the apartment are very thin - we could hear everything and we could hear the people upstairs.

Some maintenance is needed in unit 7 - leaky taps, light bulb needed in dining area, toilet flush needs replacing, shower could do with a good scrub!

The apartment is fully self contained with everything you need for a long stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional, large fridge and oven. Air con worked amazingly well. The bathroom was large and comfortable. We loved that the apartment was only a 2 min walk to the beach and cafes and only a 5 min drive to the local grocery shops. It was within 30 min drive from all the major tourist attractions on the Sunshine Coast. Kings beach is absolutely beautiful and peaceful, this apartment was in the perfect location. The pool was a hit for the kids. The apartment was also sound proof, we barely heard any of the other residents
The pillows were really hard and uncomfortable and the wifi didn’t work very well, we ended up using our own mobile wifi, we were not able to really stream movies properly on the tv using the apartment wifi.
Very comfortable,well equipped with everything we needed location was beautiful and close to shops and the real estate agents were kind and very helpful.
The stairs, to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs, oh my lordy.
Great location and value for money. The unit had a great open rooftop terrace.
The unit is starting to age badly. Sliding fly screen door falls off the runner. Toilet fittings fall from the wall. Washing machine is full of mould and oven is very dirty

The apartment block had NO signage of numbers of apartments. A few different groups of us couldn't find where our apartment was and entered multiple wrong entries.
