Pros:

Love that it is close to town, clean and tidy with plenty of room.

Cons:

The lighting in the room could have been stronger and it would have been good to have a chair in the bedroom of room 5 not the bathroom but these are just being picky!

Pretty good, but with a no staff set up better instructions are required
Cons:

The hot water system didn`t work on the 7th October. It also didn`t work for room 5.
Finding the bike store in the dark was hard, we had to call the central help line for directions. The power points were not easily found in the dark and I supplemented with an extension lead from the laundry. I subsequently found power points in the room - but they were black.
Was there a back door entry?

Would definitely stay here again, location is perfect and the place is clean and comfy!
Pros:

The location is great, just a short stroll into the town centre with lots of cafes and shops
The property itself was very clean and had everything you would need for you stay!

Cons:

Not a lot of parking available but there is street parking that can be used so not a massive issue

Good value for money, would come again!
Pros:

Location was great! It was reasonably priced for the room during a busy time which is a big plus. The room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

The door required entering the code each time to open which is a slight hassle.

Unique hotel
Pros:

The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was so spacious. The shared living areas were very comfortable and inviting. We had a meal in the restaurant there which we really enjoyed.

Cons:

I would have liked access to a toaster. The bedroom didn't really have the space for one, but it could have been placed in the living room.
