Disappointing. Over priced. Wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

The stain glass window.

Cons:

No choice of pillows. Only a doona and no alternative blanket. No tea/coffee making available in room. Had to go quite some distance to “pantry” and had to dress to get morning cup of tea as no in-house dressing gown supplied.

Fabulous choice for an incredible hot air ballooning experience.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of town and an excellent choice for our hot air ballooning experience.

Cons:

Given that most of the guests were doing the early morning hot air ballooning experience with a getting up time of 4-4:30 am and a start time of 5:00 am, it would have been wonderful to have easy access to tea and coffee and maybe even a small selection of pastries - perhaps an automated coffee machine. Otherwise the hotel was absolutely perfect. I will definitely be recommending it to others.

fit for purpose as we had a balloon ride early morning collection from the hotel.
Pros:

breakfast was not on the hotel but our Balloon ride tour company

Cons:

There were no facilities in the Hotel to eat in a restaurant once you arrived, so no food.
The room was cold and centrally controlled, and the bed a little lumpy

We enjoyed the location. Staff were helpful. Food lovely Wonderful History in the building

We thought the food facilities were lovely. Always hot food and helpful staff

Cons:

No body lotion in the room
Tea and coffee making facilities were not looked after. Most people couldn’t even wash their cups. And when we woke No milk for our cuppa

Very nice hotel stay. Comfortable room. Handy having the Dome downstairs for breakfast and coffee
Pros:

Room was modern and very comfortable. Good bed and a decent size.

Cons:

A small fridge in the room would have been a good addition. A/C only had one temperature setting and your options were On or Off

Very comfy, friendly staff, and a bonus of a great balcony to relax on.
Pros:

Super comfy beds; very clean with great amenities. Bar was lovely for a drink. Lovely terrace outside rooms to relax on.
Staff helpful for storing bikes.

Cons:

The lighting was smart lighting, but took time to work out and was not especially bright.

Absolutely worth it to see the beautiful transformation of this establishment.
Pros:

Incredibly renovated, striking features. Anthony from front desk was exceptionally helpful. Room was clean, products were premium and everything functional.

Cons:

The Temperance Bar was lovely, however I noticed staff who finished their shift hung out at the bar and socialising. Did not come across professional to patrons around them.

Water bottle could not be opened - settled for tap water from bathroom
Chair provided to replace stool was cheap and uncomfortable for long work session
Staff unable to deliver my dinner to the room
I had to ask for a tray to carry the four items, including a drink, to my room myself
Staff directed me to return the tray to the bar as soon as I finished the meal
