Walking distance to Coles and dinner options, AC worked and Price was nice

No complaints. Room was lovely and the bed was excellent. One minor thing I'd like to mention was there were no drinking or wine glasses and no coffee mugs only tea cups.

Does need a upgrade

Room stank of sewerage. Black mould in shower, bathroom door and in toilet

Laundry room was filthy

The staff were friendly and the motel was easy to get to and close to shopping

It was ok, looking around I could of stayed in a newer place for the same price

Staff very nice

Bed was comfortable, but on castor wheels, on tiles. Bed kept moving backward, when I sat on it. Potential Health & Safety hazard, just waiting to happen.
Note that mattress does have 'body indentations', where mattress is no longer bouncing back into shape.
Grime around taps on vanity, is more than a few weeks old. Also around base of toilet. Housekeeping aren't performing duties well and management don't appear to be inspecting.
Bathroom very compact. Not recommended for anyone of a larger build. I'm fairly small and I felt like 'Houdini', whilst sitting on toilet trying to reach the toilet paper.
Whole space is out dated, but servicable if only needing a bed for a night.
Every morning around 8am, ladies talking and giggling loudly outside front door. Great for guests wanting to sleep in.
And early one evening, some sort of dispute between a couple. Shreking (not yelling), from both people for over half an hour. Then about 15-20 minutes later, started up again for another 10-15 minutes. 'Very peaceful'.

Key pickup was organised and easy, as arrived after office hours. Room was very clean and amenities well stocked. For me, the bed was too firm.

Made an error with the booking and arrived the week prior. Paid for an upgrade at the same hotel for that night and have had no consideration for cancellation of this booking.

Nice and close to Coles shopping centre

Nice and clean and quiet.

We stayed at this motel because it was the closest accommodation to an event we were attending in Emerald.
For one night, it was fine, and not overpriced. However, it is an old motel and in dire need of renovation. The exterior and gardens also require some TLC also and none of the photos actually reflect the true appearance of the motel.
The bed was comfy and the air conditioner worked a treat.
We received good communication from the staff prior to our stay with accurate instructions detailing the check in process.

It is not a hotel.but a motel with no bar or Bar food. Bedhead lights don’t work.Clock radio u/s . Window curtains too long.Bathroom light switch cover broken.Fridge door shelf rail missing.
No meals available with the bar/eating area closed up.

How does it get the name “hotel” ?

Centrally located and close to supermarket, gym and restaurant.

The stay was comfortable and convenient. The room was well appointed.

Ok so walked in and only had bathroom light and door light. No other lights worked but turned on at 2am?? Stains, rubbish left from previous tenants. Mouldy aircon n shower.old beds, we ended up in middle like a deflating air bed. Do not stay here
