Pros:

Great value for money with terrific breakfast. We also enjoyed a good evening meal. The heated pool was tempting but I didn't have bathers.

Eden Park was situated in the parklands The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

No extra toiletries were applied and on this one occasion I needed a shower cap which I forgot to bring.
We had a room overlooking the pool. We were woken at 1 am in the morning with 4 people in the spa making a noise. This pool/spa area should be out of bounds - doors locked at 9 pm when the pool/spa is closed. Serious consequences should apply if they are found in this area after hours. This will prevent it from occurring.

Very nice and a short drive to the waterfront
Pros:

The bed was so comfy. Decor was great. The Thai food was mmm mmm mmm mmm 😋 large serving maybe share a main and rice for 2 people.
Green tea and chai tea were nice. Bar prices were good and wine was a pleasant one.

Cons:

Room was missing green and chamomile tea bags and a small bedside table on the window side. Bar needed something - maybe an activity like trivia. Pre dinner snacks.

Quite comfortable
Pros:

The room itself was quite ok, a little dated but comfortable. Only stayed one night. The restaurant was Thai food and was very good and very reasonably priced. The location was away from the main city center and was very quiet which suited us.

Hidden Gem! Great Hotel! Very Comfortable!
Pros:

Refurbished rooms were great, clean and comfortable bed. Great breakfast provided. Loved the location and the outlook from all the window and glassed area's.

Cons:

Arrived in at approx 9pm. When I googled check in hours in said 10 pm on their website so I assumed someone would be at reception till then. Not the case. We had trouble finding how to get into the place, how to find our room, where to park, etc. Lucky for us some kitchen staff were just finishing their shift and leaving and were able to assist us in obtaining details on a code to get the keys, where the key lock box was located and how to get in, but then once in it's a bit like a rabbit warren so we had to wonder around looking for our room number. Had I known that, I probably would not have booked this hotel, however in saying that once we gained access to our room the hotel did not disappoint.
