All in all it was a great stay and great value
Pros:

The location is good, the breakfast was simple but delicious

Cons:

The accommodation wings were a bit tired - the room itself was great but the stairwells and corridors were a bit tired looking.

Adequate rooms at a good price. Geared for conferences and business customers.
Pros:

Rooms are fine, bathrooms good, a cooked breakfast is included.

Cons:

Hard to contact staff, especially after hours if you need something. Facilities are basic, eg Games room is now just a lounge area with television.
Also rooms don't have much insulation so it can be noisy.

Attention to detail needed
Pros:

Great location among golf course and botanical gardens. Easy to walk everywhere.

Cons:

Stayed in the Acacia Suite, it is nice but needs some serious attention. Everything is just a little tired and needs updating.
Floors were sticky, couch hard and old, coffee table broken, ceiling has mold and is in disrepair, balistraiding needs attention, door to deck does not have a stopper so you can lock yourself out.
Overall very tired room.

Inside the apartment
was beautiful, comfy beds, great amenities and a lovely breakfast

Cons:

The outside deck area was essentially unusable, sofa covered in mould and mildew. Below deck there was a substantial amount of rubbish which definitely took away from the veiw
