Pros:

Beds and towels were nice and fresh. Room was renovated. Mini breakfast packs were a nice touch.

Cons:

Such nice linen but 1 ply toilet paper didn't match the rest of the facilities.
Lights right outside were left on all night and quite bright through the curtain gaps.

comfortable, clean & convenient at a good price!
Pros:

Good location for Northern Hospitals, convenient to shops & walking tracks.
It’s great having undercover car parking which a lot of facilities don’t offer!

Cons:

sometimes it can be noisy for a period but does settle (as you would expect for a hotel)!

Clean comfortable good staff modern hotel close to shops cafes hospital etc
Pros:

The staff were excellent - my husband had to stay an extra night in hospital and the cleaning staff went out of their way early morning to find a staff member who arranged extra accommodation even though hotel was fully booked - great relief- room was clean comfortable and well stocked etc - recommend- even though room close to hotel noise wasn’t an issue

Cons:

An answering machine that actually works would be good

Better than expected but you still need yo work out some bugs
Pros:

Accommodation was Better than expected. Didn't know I was staying at a pub.tThe only thing was I couldn't contact the motel initially and no response was made until 2 days later after several phone calls and emails
By the time someone responded by email I had sorted the issue out myself. That made me leary of my upcoming g stay but it turned out ok

Cons:

Didn't replace the cornflakes but left weetbix . Ugh!

A lovely little room perfect for a couple
Pros:

Good location, decently close to the event I was attending and very close to a good breakfast spot.

Cons:

Could have provided additional blankets.
