We had low ish expectations and it far exceeded what we thought.
Pros:

It was super clean. Lovely pillows, fluffy towels, nice sheets. Breakfast available in the room. Convenient and safe.

Pros:

The main plus is that it is part of a very good Hotel. The accommodaton was ordinary in that there were stains all over the sofa and some on the carpeted floor as well, and, it is old and it shows its age. All the 3* facilities were there, fridge, large TV, tea/coffee facilities, ensuite. It just looks its age.

Pros:

Perfect for what we needed for a short trip for a job interview. Supermarket a few minutes walk, adjoining pub looked nice although we didn’t go in. Good value for money for Brisbane!

Cons:

The quilts were slightly stained and the curtains were not black out so the light that stays on outside creeped in.

The meal we had was lovely
