Pros:

Pros:

Perfect for what we needed for a short trip for a job interview. Supermarket a few minutes walk, adjoining pub looked nice although we didn’t go in. Good value for money for Brisbane!

Cons:

The quilts were slightly stained and the curtains were not black out so the light that stays on outside creeped in.

The room was very basic did the price we paid. We only stayed one night as accommodation for a hospital appointment was difficult due to a concert.

Beautiful rooms! Rude unfriendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel room was amazing. So clean. It had everything we needed for a night away from home. Comfy bed. Lovely shower. Amenities were 100% catered for.

Cons:

The staff. From the moment we walked in. Slow service. Old menus in rooms. We spent four hours driving. So all we wanted was food. Staff explained after we’d been given the new menu, that alas, no pizza. After ordering at our table because the QR code was more friendly. Staff spent more time talking to themselves rather than clearing tables.

No one smiled. Completely ignored us whilst waiting for keno, then put wrong numbers in. Just super disappointed. The staff should be a foundation and they are letting you down.

Pros:

Beds and towels were nice and fresh. Room was renovated. Mini breakfast packs were a nice touch.

Cons:

Such nice linen but 1 ply toilet paper didn't match the rest of the facilities.
Lights right outside were left on all night and quite bright through the curtain gaps.

comfortable, clean & convenient at a good price!
Pros:

Good location for Northern Hospitals, convenient to shops & walking tracks.
It’s great having undercover car parking which a lot of facilities don’t offer!

Cons:

sometimes it can be noisy for a period but does settle (as you would expect for a hotel)!
