This place had so much going for it but seriously it needs work.
Pros:

Location suited our needs, best place to watch the Anzac Dawn Service and the Sunday market was good.

Cons:

Needs maintenance!!! Both lifts were stuffed, we got stuck in one. The room is lacking standard maintenance ie. power point on bathroom sink was dangling by the wires, lights needs new bulbs. We found sleep ins, impossible with the bed sagging to one side and some moron pressure cleaning at 5 o’clock in the morning. And finalḻy the concrete was falling from the ceiling in the carpark, in front of our parked car.

Love the apartment building, staff and facilities, however apartments quality vary

the room i stayed in this time was poorly equipped and furnished, the TV was small and poor quality.
Kitchen utensils and cooking equipment were poor also

Location great but the apartment needs a makeover way over priced
Pros:

Location and ciew was great

Cons:

Curtain and blinds need replacing
Lounge furniture was very old and the leather was pealing of the chairs
We had to keep asking for toilet paper coffee was not replenished
We had to buy washing powder and dishwashing tablets as there was not enough for a week
Cockroaches in the kitchen

The view and location

Cons:

The toilet by the washer always smells intermittently, there was a cockroach in the bathroom near that toilet, the dryer didnt work at first because Noone had emptied the water tray, someone was smoking on the balcony around us but we don't know who.

Nice view from our balcony.
Secure car park.

Cons:

Rooms are a little dated. Could use a paint refresh.
Smell from the garbage shoot in the hallway was intense.
