Million Dollar Views
Pros:

We stayed in room 1005 on the 10th floor. Wow what views we had. We had views from kitchen side of Glasshouse Mountains and views of water and Brisbane from the whole other side. Room very spacious. We stayed for our Wedding and couldn't have asked for a nicer room in Redcliffe.
Right next to RSL and main street. We'll be recommending to everyone we know. Thank you

We love it, we'll be back
Pros:

We've stayed here before and keep coming back because it's so good. Cafe downstairs, RSL next door, beach and jetty across the road, market on a Sunday, what more could you want?

amenities woeful, view was supposed be over ocean but had large rooftop in front with continual industrial buildings in front of balcony which could not be used because of the noise.

An excellent stay with great views.
Pros:

We had beachfront views overlooking the Redcliffe Jetty. The rooms were of good size and the facilities such as the bathrooms and the laundry were very good. Secure parking for our vehicle was also great. The kitchen was fully equiped and we didn't need for anything.

Beds needed replacing. Cockroaches in rooms. Booked an apartment so we could have access to kitchen and laundry facilities. Washing machine didn't work and staff were totally unhelpful when informed - very disappointing.

Expensive apartment but excellent location.
Pros:

Excellent location and nice restaurants a short walk away. Beautiful sea view and public transport very close.

Cons:

Very poor wifi. A family of 4 and only 3 of us could use it at a time. Wifi kept cutting continually in and out. The internal bedroom (no windows) had no a/c so was very hot. The ensuite bathroom had an unusual smell. Both showers could do with new shower heads as pressure too strong from very unusually shaped long shower heads. Not relaxing to have a shower. Water would end up all over the bathroom floors which become slip hazards with wet floors. One shower had no door and the other was very dark with limited lighting. Could Increase the number of coffee cups as only 4 provided.

Super disappointed. Took a few days to recover. Was abuse, frankly. Theft too.
Pros:

Terrible. Couldnt gonto bed - bedroom Air con no remote and couldnt use. Then air con came on 1am and couldnt turn off. Freezing by morning. Exhaust not working - hugely dust congested - bathroom. Got crawly sensation on my feet and body laying on bed. Bugs? Lounge vinyl and not comfy at all!!! No exaggeration. Peeling vinyl uncomfy dining chairs. Cheap. Scabbing my money for cheapness. Extortion. Unable to gave problems remedied - no desk staff during night or late or early. Dusty with air con on. I got a sore throat. I was becoming ill in room other ways too. I was hot and frustrated. Awful time. I turned up in good mood. So glad to go back to Oaks Mon Komo where everything I found wrongbat Proximity room 606 was right/fine at Oaks Redcliffe. Horrid stay Proximity. Turned me off permanently and I sang their praises - very highly - which much influence - for years! Really disappointed. I slept on a quilt on loungeroom floor with my pillow. 3 hours sleep. Tiny tv and Im not a tv person. Someone really cheaped out on this room and knew it! Hated art above bed - bright red. Snake(black?) - just reaked of China, frankly.

I put the comments in wrong box oops.
Im not saying what I liked - this motel needed to view room first and not approve it for guests until renovated and redone, refurnished.
Not Proximity's normally high standard of yesteryear.
Im hoping the money WAS refunded in full and promotly as promised. I realise it's new management but guests come first. It's just not on Proximity. Bad form. Fiona at desk was excellent, but whats point when room badly inadequate, inferior.
