Great place to relax and recharge, ocean views are amazing.
Pros:

Great location, great views in ocean rooms, Easy parking

Cons:

Very minor, the fob to the door didn’t always recognise
Elevator was slow (only one in use at the time, so understandable)

Good location with good facilities. The in room kitchenware was not suited for a 4 person stay, which was frustrating.
Pros:

Good location and easy to access after hours.

Cons:

We were in a room for 2 adults and 2 children but had only 1 bowl and 2 small plates. I’m not sure why this was the case, but was not accessible for a 4 person stay.

Fantastic ! Highly recommended . Great location and amazing staff.
Pros:

The reception team were amazing. So helpful and welcoming!

Cons:

The cutlery and kitchen utensils were a bit light on , especially for a longer stay like ours. Not a big deal at all , just something that could make longer stays a bit more comfortable.

Great location.
Pros:

So close to the beach, lagoon and plenty of play areas around. Rooms were big and great water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

The air cons were a bit finicky to work. Found a little bit of rubbish around the balcony area and the swimming pool wasn't heated.

We love the venue and the staff
Pros:

The staff were always happy and welcoming, and also upgraded our room.

Cons:

The elevators.
1x was out of order so there was always long wait times and the door always took ages to close.
But the worst bit was when the elevator broke down whilst we were in it on level 4 and we had to take the stairs to level 6
