Would stay there again in a heartbeat, I love the lovely old school, heritage building and rooms
Pros:

The room was spacious and had a lovely verandah, with beaming afternoon sun into the room. The location was extremely close to the beach, Woolworths and good cafes.

I had dinner downstairs in the pub, both my main course and dessert were scrumptious!

Cons:

Dragging up my work devices up the stair's umpteen times. Not sure if there was a lift however, if there was, I didn't know about it.

Comfortable and welcoming
Pros:

The hotel staff was lovely and welcoming.
The room was surprisingly quiet being above a pub, I had a great sleep and the bed was really comfortable.

Cons:

They didn’t have a microwave so I couldn’t heat up my milk.
The bathroom wasn’t that clean there was a lot of hairs left in the draws.

Very friendly staff. Wonderful pub food - mostly GF. Beautiful old building. Our room was clean, just the right size and had a comgortable bed. Lovely to be able to sit outside on the balcony.

Good value for the price.
Pros:

Excellent location, super friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean. Food and drinks in the pub was great!

Cons:

Room needed some TLC, huge patch on the wall that could have been easily painted over, just a huge eye sore.

Gorgeous heritage listed venue, a comfortable stay
Pros:

A comfortable room in a lovely heritage listed building that has loads of character. The staff are lovely and were kind enough to upgrade my room to a larger one with a balcony. The bed (a king) was comfortable, the room well appointed with a bar fridge, kettle, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, aircon, etc. The bathroom was large with good quality shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. I'd definitely stay again!

Cons:

The only parking is street parking, which is metered (2P) so it can be quite costly and you need to move your car (and subsequently pay for the next lot of parking) in order to avoid a fine. There is a parking station across the road from the venue, however it is not the cheapest! Also, if you have trouble with stairs, you may find staying here a challenge as there is no lift and rooms are all upstairs.
