Pros:

Location and ocean VIEW from 11th subpenthouse apt.
Underground parking

Cons:

Blind in tv room not working so couldn’t get fresh air
Fridge drawers with debris.
No instructions on using meile coffee machine
Very dusty windowsills and bottom ranch slider frame, especially master bedroom
One outdoor chair broken notified on day 1 and returned fixed in seven days
Significant long term dust and grime behind cupboard outside master bedroom which was cleaned immediately on notifying.
Master bedroom- white lights on wall lights -6000 K -including ensuite
Bedside lamp shade broken master bedroom
Keys and locking for pool and gym.
Very strong rubber smell in gym.

The rooms were large, 2 bathrooms for convenience. Good views of the beach and close to shops.
Pros:

the fact the the unit was on the larger then where we normally stay. Walking distance to the beach. Close to shops.

Perfect spot to relax. Easy walk to the beach, great ocean views.
Pros:

Fantastic view and easy walk to patrolled beach.
Comfy beds and furniture, fully appointed kitchen and laundry.
Clean and spacious.
Delicious bakery on the corner.

Cons:
