Central location enjoyed my stay

Convenient overnight stay.
Pros:

It was in a great position. We also liked the keyless entry. Communication via text was very clear and it was easy to follow the entry instructions.

Cons:

The bathroom. The fan sounded like a helicopter taking off and it could not be turned off. The shower cub,idle was tiny and it was very difficult to moderate the heat. The towel rails were unstable and fell off the wall if touched the wrong way.

Not great for multiple nights although sited in a convenient location for town

Very convenient location, also not having to visit reception to gain access was handy.

Cons:

The double bed has to be the most uncomfortable we have ever experienced. Both my partner and I had back and shoulder pain after spending a night in the bed - luckily the room had an extra single bed which was OK, allowing us to take turns to use.

Quite a number of mosquitos were present in the room, fortunately spray had been provided so likely a common issue here. It would help if the bathroom windows fitted correctly, the likely ingress.

The TV was not cabled correctly (antenna), although I suspect the previous occupant probably did this for 'fun'.

Ant's, noise and light. Not good
Pros:

Location was ok.
Big rooms.

Cons:

Ant's on the lounge room floor, and on the couch, during our stay we couldn't use the lounge due to the Ant's little ones on the floor around the edge of the rug, and on the couch, we sat on the couch once and not again. So we couldn't watch the TV during our stay.

The shower was about 900mm by 900mm, very small.

Noise from car's entering the motel.

Noise from people walking down the street, we could hear their foot steps, and naturally if they were talking we could hear them.

No black out curtains, at night we had the ambient street light in our bedroom.

This unit we stayed in had been converted from the original reception office, hence it was never designed as a guest room.
