Would never stay here again even if they paid me.
Pros:

Close to Echuca port area

Cons:

The fan in the room was disgustingly dirty and covered in dust that was falling onto the bed that is directly below it. Didn’t even turn the fan on and dust was falling off it.
The bed was saggy and horrible, we actually thought of sleeping on the floor it was that bad. The shower has no water pressure at all and is barely warm. Cannot wash hair properly in this shower.

Neat, clean tidy room.
A bit small but ok for one person travelling for work.

Cons:

Very noisy guest across the carpark, with a very busy car alarm and no staff on site to tell them off.
Alarm went off 30 times minimum !!
No staff on site.
Really annoying.

Would stay there again.
Pros:

Good sized studio for us. Did not expect someone to make the bed while we were enjoying Echuca. Very close to central Echuca. Great coffee next door[thanks for the freebie card]

Cons:

The shower is too small. Needs to be 150mm wider. Shower water pressure is poor.
