Do not waste your money staying here!!!!!!!
Pros:

The only thing that was good was being close to spirt of Tasmania dock and town centre… not far from seeing penguins at the viewing platform.

Cons:

My partner and myself had spots over our body from bed bugs! The heater in the room gave out no heat even on 22c. The ad said garden views I didn’t see a garden, the picture shows car park and no garden!! To get hot water in the shower took a minute or two to come through. There was a hole in the bathroom wall with paper stuffed in it as shown in picture….

We would be very happy to stay here again.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location - we enjoyed walking along the river. The cafe is lovely - delicious meals and great coffee!

Well located.
Pros:

This property is well located across the street from the riverside esplanade with good access to the CBD. The host is friendly and helpful. Beds were most comfortable. Entry is via codes provided by the host rather than a key. Off street parking is provided and there is an on-site restaurant for evening meals.

Cons:

Hot water took forever to get to the shower, and then it disappeared rather quickly.
