We'll be back. Son sussed it out and has planned his next footy venture.
Pros:

Location. Close to the footy. When we walked in to see receptionist, the atmosphere was welcoming and full of people. Gave good vibes.

Cons:

Couldn't work out how to get hot water in the bathroom at 6am in the morning. Shower and basin hot taps did not run hot water. Had a fast cold shower.

It was a quick overnight stop on our bigger journey and it fit the bill without breaking the budget.

Room windows could do with a spruce up and some paint on the bathroom roof. Outdoor area unkept, likely not cleaned for months
