Cons:

The bed sheets were not clean and had been slept in before, with several types of hair in it. Clearly were not changed. Disgusting.

Easy to get to Rooms were well set out

Cons:

The pool was out of order which was fine but the only reason we knew was the guy sorting it told us. Not reception when we checked in or any note on the gate so to take a child down to swim was a little disappointing.

I would definitely stay here again

Pros:

Pool was great, parking easy. Staff were very helpful and were able to check us in early which was great.

Cons:

Our booking was in the old block which hasn't been renovated. Room walls thin, could hear whole conversations. I suspect the new villas are quite lovely, but unsure as didnt see inside.

We would stay here again. Staff were exceptional and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly & accommodated all of our needs immediately.
Apartment was clean & suited our needs perfectly.

Cons:

The blinds in our room were not working - made it difficult to open them and the window behind them.

Spazi ampi nell'appartamento e il parcheggio davanti. Pulito e tutto funzionante

Abbiamo chiesto più di una volta perché c'erano dei chiodi del tappeto che spuntavano fuori ma non sono venuti ad aggiustarlo e nello secondo appartamento c'era un rumore abbastanza fastidioso a tratti ma anche lì non hanno intervenuto. In modo definitivo. Voglio dargli beneficio nell dubbio che essendo sotto capodanno magari lo staff era ai limiti

Mixed - some good and some not so good.
Pros:

The 2 bedroom apartment in the newer section was very good.

Cons:

I did a group booking and some people were in the Family rooms in the older section and they were very disappointed with their rooms. Lack of power points and no aircon through to the bedroom. Bathrooms also not up to standard.
