Amazing Staff
Pros:

Couldn't fault the staff. I had just been released from hospital after a major operation and had a couple of issues but the staff were exceptional and so accommodating.

Couldn't fault the room or staff. Clean and comfortable.
The bed was comfortable and the pillows were just right. I have neck issues and had no extra pain after waking.
The room is spacious, with a large bathroom.
I arrived outside of office hrs, but was able to easily get my room key through the after hrs box.
Reception staff are wonderful and accommodating.
My plans changed and I had to stay an extra night. The lady at the desk was able to organise this and keep the same room also, which was greatly appreciated.
This was my second time staying here, and I'll certainly be back again.

All good apart from the shower.

Cons:

The shower water flow is terrible. Need to stand under the shower extra time and run around to get wet. I had the same complaint last time I was there nothing has improved. Someone who owns the place needs to take a shower to see what it like. I understand you won’t to save on water usage but the flow needs to be better.

It’s a great location for my needs and very clean overall
Pros:

Great location, clean, and comfortable bed.

Cons:

The bed sheets are a bit hard/stiff. Noises of cars going and coming until mid night on Sat then restart at 5:30 in the morning. Hard to sleep!

Pros:

The property was in a lovely setting it was lovely and clean nice and spacious we had a 2bed apparment
It had everything microwave full size fridge
