Provide smart televisions in the rooms and update the chairs

Location to where I was working.

Cons:

The table chairs really need to be thrown out. They are so uncomfortable and dated. All rooms should have smart TVs this day and age. Free to air tv is all you get. Our company uses the accommodation regularly but don’t expect any cleaning from this place. Yes they clean once you leave. There are cheaper options in Bunbury which I will be looking into.

Expectations met our requirements for location
Pros:

Larger than expected hotel size, comfortable and equipped hotel room, with secure off-road parking, Winter weather prevented exploring nearby facilities, and possible use of included swimming pool. Location selected to access medical facilities and same time avail to have vehicle serviced. Plenty of fast-food outlets and nearby shopping Centre,
