Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'.

Office hours are 8:00 to 5:00 Monday - Friday and 8:30 to 1:00 Saturdays. Closed Sundays. Guests must advise reception if arriving or departing outside these hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Please note that all apartments are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only.

Please note that linen is provided for up to 4 guests.
Extra linen can be hired at the property or you are welcome to bring your own.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Short Stay
Pros:

We were so appreciative of being able to have Suay, my parents small dog with us ~ thank you.
My Dad grabbed a business card because they thought it was a great apartment in a pretty good location and especially being pet friendly.
We loved the breezes.
Abbey, we appreciate how accommodating you were. Thank you

The beds were a bid too soft. We were only there 2 nights so that didn't affect us too much.

Small things like can opener didn’t work, fridge took a day to cool after turned on, no microwave plastic dish to heat a can of soup .. small details but could be resolved easy

Pleasant but street parking very difficult.
Pros:

Closeness to beach, quiet, washer and dryer to clean the towels etc.

Cons:

The sofa was not what was in the pictures. There were a number of dirty spots especially in the kitchen and cupboards. The ensuite shower was terrible, virtually no water pressure at all and hot water was only warm. We had to use the other shower as the water saver in the ensuite only gave a trickle of water.

Great location and facilities.

Cons:

Lots of dust on the fans, got hayfever from it, had to clean quite a bit around the apartment. Beds were worn and old. People above us made a massive noise and it continued even after complaining.

It did the job, wouldn’t want to stay any longer
Pros:

Good location, easy to get to

Cons:

Less beds than advertised, ac didn’t work, none of the sliding doors worked properly internal or external, no exhaust fan in bathroom, no fly screens on windows
