It was ok, a short stay.
Pros:

The location, the price.

Cons:

No fan in the room. No toaster, as you don’t serve breakfast. No bunk lights, showers didn’t work, one was completely cold, no hot water in the ladies, (except the one over the bath). The other 2 were cold or Luke warm.

Excellent location, loved the view from the room. Band Sat night so noisy.

Great view, space and beds were super comfy.

Cons:

Our room was right at the top of the stairs so the band noise was as loud as it could get. Saturday night we should have expected that but didn't think. Apart from that everything else was positive.

Stay at the Pacific
Pros:

Style of room, all new luxe features. Great design features. Brilliant and beautiful location. Efficient change of linen. Tea and coffee facilities area was clean and well stocked. Nice to have laundry facilities.

Cons:

Just rudimentary clean. Wooden floor needed vacuum quite a bit of dust on occasional furniture though ledges and benches clear. Possibly not enough staff to thorough clean but it is after all a pub location. All in all signature suite was a good call.

The room was comfortable, clean and as described.
Lovely location as it’s only a short walk to the town and beach.
Check in / out was easy.

Cons:

Although it is advertised that there is ‘live music’ on the weekends (and we did decide to book anyway!), we were naive and thought it would be some acoustic sets until around 11 that would be manageable with earplugs but we were wrong 😂 the pub is also a gig venue so expect bands, loud singers and pub goers until midnight. The smoking area is also outside the bathroom / lounge area so it does start to smell at night. Because of this, the room wasn’t good value for money for a weekend stay.
