Lack of space and outdated appearance.
In saying that , i do know that there are newer more update accommodation currently being built and would love to stay again.

Great service from staff and comfortable stay
Pros:

Bathroom renovated
Room had everything needed for a couple nights stay

Fridge and freezer

Cons:

TV couldn’t connect to wifi and wifi wouldnt work on phone.
Possibly someone cooked noodles in the kettle which we just cleaned out ourselves

Comfortable with friendly staff. The work on the car park meant we couldn't pack near our room.

Our second stay at the Seabrooke Hotel. Great value for money and lovely rooms. Love the shower...good water pressure!

Comfy, great size with good choice of beds, just a bit more expensive this stay
Pros:

Great size, convenient for our needs, milk, tea, coffee supplied

Cons:

Could do with a deep clean. We have stayed here several times over the last few years but it was a bit expensive thus time
