Notice of works. We will be undertaking renovations and repairs to the exterior of the property from the 9th of October to approximately the 17th of November 2023. There will be scaffolding on various sections of the building during these works. Work will be occurring between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 9am to 1pm. We will do our best to minimize disruption to our facilities and services during this period. Please contact us directly for more information.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Highly recommend for it's central location and cleanliness!
Pros:

As a visitor travelling for business, the location directly adjacent to Dubbo Base Hospital was perfect. The room was well appointed with the ability to cook meals, work on a laptop at the table, rest in the loungeroom and take a hot shower in the neat bathroom. A welcomed bonus of having a second TV in the bedroom is very appealing to me. I was able to do my laundry during my stay and felt safe and secure during my solo stay. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Everything was great. If I could nominate small improvements for my stay, I would have enjoyed a small oven or air-fryer to prepare baked meals. My only dislike was the free Wi-Fi. I rely heavily on Wi-Fi for business and recreation so the slow and metered internet was my only dislike. Otherwise.....fabulous!

The apartment is very comfortable.
Pros:

Motel is very comfortable. Our grandchild enjoyed the swimming pool.

Cons:

Had to lug our suitcase etc. up a flight of stairs since our apartment was on the 1st floor. Pillow a bit hard.

Perfect short stay. Clean and modern. Will return

Perfect apartment with everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Full size fridge and freezer. Access to washing machine and dryer. And a beautiful clean pool
