Notice of works. We will be undertaking renovations and repairs to the exterior of the property from the 9th of October to approximately the 17th of November 2023. There will be scaffolding on various sections of the building during these works. Work will be occurring between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 9am to 1pm. We will do our best to minimize disruption to our facilities and services during this period. Please contact us directly for more information.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Perfect short stay. Clean and modern. Will return
Pros:

Perfect apartment with everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Full size fridge and freezer. Access to washing machine and dryer. And a beautiful clean pool

Cons:

The parking spaces are very tight for larger vehicles

Handy stop mid trip, good location for a longer stay

Spacious, clean and good private kitchen
Pros:

Spacious, clean, nice to have a functional kitchen and facilities. Excellent ensuite, very clean. Walk in wardrobe, what a treat!! Good to have small pool on site. Loved having a washing machine that we didn't have to pay for every use. Free parking on site. Pretty close to centre of Dubbo.

Cons:

The pool was getting a fair amount of leaves and dirt in it from being so close to the road. A second clean per day would have helped? No shade for parked car on site.
