The hotel's concept is very nice... Love it so much... But i'm not satisfied with the room.. The room a bit smelly and dusty, not so clean. Also clogged water flow in the bathroom when take a shower and i have to wait a few hours so that the water will flow down..
Others facilities is good...

Many activities to fill our days there. We chose this resort because EXPEDIA mentioned free wifi is available there but to our disappointment, such a big resort of 16 acres, there is no wifi at all. Resort is nice though, as we are free to roam the premises and pool is huge. We got a free upgrade from teepee to band wagon but got 2 single beds instead of our choice of a queen bed.

paid for extra person and charged rm 50 but i had to go to the office 4 times and practically beg then to send the extra bed which finally arrived at 5pm..also check in time is 3pm not 2 pm as per your offer
