Hotel simples, com boa localização. Nem todos os funcionários falam inglês e café da manhã bem simples, que infelizmente não nos agradou. A vontade de ajudar os clientes, entretanto, é boa.

Cons:

Café da manhã e entendo que, o fato de um hotel disponibilizar cofre e secador de cabelos (por exemplo) não significa automaticamente, que ele deve ser classificado como 3 estrelas. Nesse ponto, acredito que o Booking fica devendo.

Pros:

La ubicación, el personal y el desayuno.

Cons:

Primero de todo antes de llegar nos cambiaron del hotel a los apartamentos. El edificio es antiguo y no está en las mejores condiciones. El colchón de la habitación era incomodísimo, notabas los muelles en tu espalda y la sábana era pequeña para la cama. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y la habitación no estaba muy limpia. Tampoco había agua caliente en el lavabo y el enchufe al lado de la cama no funcionaba.

La ubicación es magnífica, a un minuto de la mezquita azul y Santa Sofía, el personal súper amable y atentos, nos dejaron guardar las maletas después del check out. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, ninguna pega.

Staff gentilissimo e sempre pronto a semplificarti le cose (es. prenotazione transfert, acquisto di cibo senza glutine per la colazione una volta segnalata la celiachia, possibilità di refill acqua continuo);

Me gustó mucho el trato del personal y la ubicación.

Cons:

Que no estaba tan limpio como debería y el desayuno es igual todos los días y bastante simple.
Siendo este último típico de Turquía y teniendo poca variedad para poder desayunar.

Perfect City-break hotel.
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond as we celebrated a birthday. They arranged a cake for us and everything needed. They were all extremly helful and nice. Breakfast was basic but delicios. Rooms were very comfortable. Location is top! Even though it wasn't the most cosy hotel room I've been to, it was exactly what we needed, taking in consideration that we were a large groop (7 persons) and we were there only to sleep.

My mother and I had a wonderful stay! The location is great, 5min from main street and Blue Mosque.
The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious, but the highlight of our stay at Timeks Sultanahmet hotel was definitely Ufuk.

He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
He gave us the best local tips, explained how to use public transport, and even walked with me to show me where the station was.
He had an answer for every single question we had.
Thanks to him, we felt safe throughout our visit.
If you want a stress-free stay in Istanbul, this is the place.

Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is perfect, very convenient and close to everything. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, which made the whole experience even better.

Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit.
