So disappointed.
Pros:

Nothing, it was over priced and falling apart. We didn’t finish our stay with this hotel, we found another resort and moved.

Cons:

Our apartment was a double room (5 people) but the bathroom was attached to one bedroom so had to walk through second bedroom to get to the bathroom and the shower had very little water. The walls were peeling and roof looked like it was going to collapse. I pulled the curtain closed and a heap of plaster fell onto the floor from the wall (not related to the curtain). Ants and cockroaches in the room. I am not a princess when it comes to accommodation (we camp lots) but we were so disappointed with this accommodation. Would never go back.

Sõbralik personal, Kata beachile küllaltki lähedal, jalgsi oli okei sinna liikuda. Tuba oli piisavalt suur, et mahtuda ära 4 liikmelise perega.

Cons:

Hommikusöögil oleks võinud rohkem valikut olla, lapsed jäid selles osas veidi hätta, täiskasvanud said paremini söönuks. Duši trapp asus dušinurgast väljaspool ehk wc poti kõrval mis tähendas, et wc poti ümbrus oli pidevalt märg.

Very clean room and property. Beautiful pool. Amazing staff! Everyone was soooo nice. I met a couple that have been going to this hotel every year since it opened 35 years ago. I stayed for two nights but wish that I could stay forever. It’s a little bit far from the beach but a nice walk nonetheless. I hardly explored Kata because I enjoyed the hotel so much that I just wanted to stay there. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

the location, pool and staff were friendly

Cons:

we booked a family room that siad it could accommodate 5 people, however it only had 4 beds, the shower didn't drain, the toilet blocked easily, the rooms were filled with bugs and smellt like paint
