If I return to Byron Bay in the future, I'd stay at Byron Butter Factory Apartments again.
Pros:

The apartment was clean, spacious and well-appointed with all our requirements met.
It was a short walk to the coffee truck and shops.
The beach was also within walking distance.
Having the swimming pool on site was a win.

Cons:

An information sheet of places to eat, things to see and visit in the area would be handy.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful space with everything you need
Pros:

Spacious, very clean, comfortable beds, beautiful interiors, excellent amenities, close to shops and beach. This had everything we needed; it felt like a home away from home.

Modern, spacious apartment - conveniently located in the heart of Byron, with all of the amenities you could want!
Pros:

Modern, spacious apartment with all of the amenities you could want. A bathroom per floor, full kitchen and laundry, air conditioned, two car spaces, secure location and grounds. Proximity to restaurants, shops, grocery store and cinema, Perfect for a family getaway and would want to stay here again on a return trip. The kids had plenty of their own space and loved the accommodation.

Cons:

If we came back - we could be wanting to stay here again.

Living room exactly as in pics, but no privacy in the main bedroom, and downstairs mouldy and musty
Pros:

beautiful living room, kitchen.

Cons:

main bedroom does not have walls/doors to downstairs so completely unprivate. if anyone is in the kitchen living area you can hear everything, and they can hear you. the downstairs rooms have terrible mould, and the bathroom is mouldy and unclean.

Large apt for familys
Pros:

Whenever we asked for something the staff answered straight away. The apt was very large and close to everything. The upstairs bedroom was very nice. The downstairs smelt a little dam and was dark. There’s a lap pool but not one you could sit around. Couches could do with a bit of a clean. But we did overall enjoy our stay.

Family of 5 spent a comfortable, relaxing time and would stay there again.
Pros:

Super spacious, light and bright with lots of outdoor balconies/terraces, everything was clean. The kitchen had everything you could need, small touches like washing machine detergent, pool towels and kitchen staples made it easier for our short stay. Pleasant bbq area, and a unique building due to the conversion from an old factory, lots of space, did not notice the neighbours. Parking garage handy, nice to have a secure park.

Cons:

No complaints.
