Pros:

The room was very clean and nicely presented.
Room service was quick and easy, and the food was delicious.
All the staff were lovely and easy to talk to.

Cons:

The bed was a little firm for my liking.
I am broad shouldered, so the shower was a bit too small for me.
The toilet wasn't very comfortable.
The fridge was full of mini bar drinks, so I had little space for my own fridge items.
I had to cart my luggage up and down the stairs as there was no elevator. (I did know this beforehand)
I got woken up at 6am by my next-door neighbour having a shower, then again at 7am by the sewerage truck emptying the tank. The smell came in through my heater and absolutely stunk. I had to wear a mask and put my bathroom exhaust fan on until the smell cleared.
I could deal with all the previous for the right price, but this was a deal breaker. I will not stay here again no matter the cost because of this.

Pros:

The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and modern. The rooms had been upgraded and the bathrooms were very clean and modern. The resturant food was good too. It would be great to have some discount if you stay there in the cafe and resturant would be great.

So nice.
Pros:

The TV digital channels wouldn't work, temporary problem it seems. Youtube worked but Netflix etc bugged out.

Cons:

Nothing, it's a very dignified place to stay. Room service is super cool, very affordable luxurious sort of stay. The rooms are small but that's the trade off, I personally don't care about that at all, they are small and premium.
