Pros:

We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom unit at no cost which was a lovely surprise. The hotel also had plenty of parking options as well as a catwalk to a restaurant which saved us from researching restaurants or walking in the cold. Property is also close to the main shopping strip and I would love to return to explore the area more.

Cons:

ADA restroom in unit lacked the same homely feel.

Great Stay
Pros:

The staff is what made my stay. The room was good and clean but The staff, Terry in particular were amazing. The restaurant attached is delicious and again, that staff were incredible. They have a way of making you feel welcome and at home. Definitely recommend.

Location. Nice to get appartment on west side where you don’t get industrial noise.

All good. Did initially get studio appartment despite booking 1 bedroom apartment. Staff sorted it out straight away.
