very satisfactory despite small inconveniences
Pros:

it was accessible to our location of the conference.. room is big.. free bar drinks coffee and tea.. free wifi that can be accessed anywhere in the sentosa complex.. plus is their "green" initiative of providing water refilling station each floor instead of making the guest get water from bathroom faucet ( which other hotels in sg did ).. i understand that sg water are clean enough but it still is icky to get drinking water from bathroom faucet

Cons:

i didn't like that i was given the last room in the isle room 485.. it is somewhat noisy with the banging of what it seems like cabinets or furniture being dragged or moved on the next room (which rooms facility or something).. the steam iron was difficult to use since you have to do it in the closet and very cramped up space.. traditional flat iron with board is better,.. some electrical sockets are loose so sometimes the hair dyer doesn't work.. i just didnt request for transfer because it is more inconvenient given the busy schedule

Ontbijt was fenomenaal, zeer uitgebreid, alles in overvloed aanwezig

Cons:

Geen inhouse restaurant, in de buurt ook niet veel, ligt op een eiland/resort (afgesloten), toegangswegen met slagbomen afgesloten, toegang met hotelpas of betaling, geef dit ook bij de taxi (Grab) aan.

Pros:

Glad I chose this hotel for my 2 nights in Sentosa because I had just 3 things planned for my stay on the island: Harry Potter, Universal Studios and Vivo City Mall. Hotel was practically within the former 2 and just 5 mins away from the former.

Cons:

Breakfast! The area had a pungent smell of EGGS (LOL) that I just couldnt take and lost my appetite so would say that room with breakfast already paid was a waste of money

Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Bed and mattress need to be changed
Breakfast was a long line to get to eat
Many hotels eat at the same restaurant it was always a very long queue to eat

Service and attentions to details.
The hotel looks amazing, thousands of flowers, very clean all over and especially the rooms.
You won’t miss a thing
