Pros:

Amazing location with a short walk to the Eagle chairlift. Friendly staff with just those simple little extra amenities like a complimentary loaf of bread that’s just perfect for the start of the day

Pros:

Positives:
* Great location in village.
* Apartment is relatively new and in great condition.
* There is a separate drying room outside the apartment, with its own lock.
* All door locks (external block, apartment, drying room) are electronic, so provision of keys is by email or text.

Possible Negatives:
* There is an electric cooktop but no oven, just in case you were expecting one.
* It seems like most of the hot tubs on the balconies are in fairly plain view of nearby neighbouring hot tubs. Might be less than private sessions. Good reason for this though - if they were screened you would have restricted views.

Pros:

Great location within the village. We stayed in the Yamaguchi apartment. The apartment was neat and tidy with a with loft bedroom and private spa on balcony. We received a breakfast gift basket on arrival with artisan bread, loved it. Stairs to the loft are steep, so opt for a different apartment if you have mobility issues.

Wonderful apartment, very helpful managers.
Pros:

This is a great apartment in the most perfect location. the managers were super friendly and helpful, and their communication is brilliant. The sofa bed wasn't super comfortable, but the manager told us that they are aware and that it is going to be upgraded very soon. Other units in the complex have already had the upgrade, and this one will be done shortly.

Pros:

This accommodation is excellent. The rooms are warm, spacious and well appointed . On arrival there was a breakfast pack, generous and greatly appreciated, with cereal, milk, bread, juice and spreads. All rooms had smart tvs, which was great considering we had a disappointing week with little snow and no skiing. Had our accommodation not been so good, we would have gone home. But the spa, on the balcony, the Milche cafe/ restaurant and the walks still made for a nice week away. Friendly and helpful staff, reasonably priced, will definitely stay here again.

Clever apartment in a great central location
Pros:

Perfect apartment that was warm and spacious. The clever extra touches like a warming cupboard for your wet ski gear, heated tiled floors, private spa on the balcony, fast wifi, breakfast hamper and coffee pod machine really made our stay so much more enjoyable. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The unit is good enough for us, spacious for 4 people, don't expect luxurious/ modern furnishing but it is a very nice unit and comfortable. Beds are comfortable, love the outdoor Jacuzzi, very generous amenities, they provide us with fresh eggs, bread, jams, lots of tea bags, complete kitchen utensils, oven, large fridge, washer, dryer, heaters in every room. If we may suggest, they provide extra heater. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

I loved my small studio apartment...it was clean and the king sized bed was very comfortable. There were generous breakfast provisions and Brett was friendly and helpful when I asked about local walks. The hot tub was amazing with multicoloured lights! I would love to stay there again.

Lovely place for family
Pros:

After a long day we checked and was told our spa doesn’t work. But they were very nice and offered us to use the spa from a spare room and $100 voucher to dine at their restaurant. We were greeted with a lovely selection of local produce for breakfast. The place was lovely and clean loved the heated floor for after a day out in the snow. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for your family snow trip

An outstanding experience from the time of booking. Plenty of pre-stay, friendly communication and help as required. Apartment well prepared, and warm, with welcome food basket perfect for first morning breakfast. Kitchen well appointed for self catering if required. Great location near village shuttle stop and terrific view from outdoor hot tub. Thank you for overall excellent experience.
