Not as good as we thought a deluxe room should be.
Pros:

Did not have breakfast.

Cons:

Toilet very low to floor and sqashed into small space.
Curtain above door filthy ,dirty black marks on floor. No biscuits provided. T.v not working. Staff member did replace. Space to make tea and coffee was very cramped No where to leave key. Sign on door said office open at 10 am. If no one there go to gaming room which opens at 11. No use if you are leaving earlier than 10.am. Overall very disappointing stay.

Good to stay at the Bay
Pros:

Location. The format of the family room was great. Loved that you had a decent sized dining table and chairs in the room.
The hotel is a bit dated but the room and bathroom were clean and very usable.
The location is really good to base from.
Broadway Hotel straight across the road!

Cons:

There was dirty cutlery and the air conditioner vent was VERY furry!
Other than that all else was OK.

Comfortable,clean & friendly
Pros:

The property is old & nothing special but it’s clean & tidy & comfortable. The location is great if you want to be at the beach and there’s plenty of options to eat & drink but everything we wanted to do was in the city & with the tram out of action it meant lots of Uber or bus rides & a fair bit of walking. Nice old motel nothing special but half the price of the real nice ones

Cons:

Not a lot to not like. The property has everything you need to sleep & wash. The staff were friendly and helpful so what didn’t I like nothing

Stayed 3 nights over new year, location fantastic, walk to beach,. Accommodation very clean, comfortable bed, it is dated, good value for money. Staff very nice.
Good pub across the road with a good beer garden at the back, nice food. And good atmosphere. Would stay again.

Quiet location, good beds

Cons:

Bathroom was small and could use a deep clean. Older decor but good for a budget stay, though a bit over priced for what it was
