Comfortable,clean & friendly
Pros:

The property is old & nothing special but it’s clean & tidy & comfortable. The location is great if you want to be at the beach and there’s plenty of options to eat & drink but everything we wanted to do was in the city & with the tram out of action it meant lots of Uber or bus rides & a fair bit of walking. Nice old motel nothing special but half the price of the real nice ones

Cons:

Not a lot to not like. The property has everything you need to sleep & wash. The staff were friendly and helpful so what didn’t I like nothing

Stayed 3 nights over new year, location fantastic, walk to beach,. Accommodation very clean, comfortable bed, it is dated, good value for money. Staff very nice.
Good pub across the road with a good beer garden at the back, nice food. And good atmosphere. Would stay again.

I would happily stay again!
Pros:

The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. Parking was wonderful, right outside the door to our room. The staff member on check in was really nice and polite.

Cons:

The shower is quite old and trying to get the correct temperature is time consuming.
