We loved it, cant wait to go back.
Pros:

Very accomadating. Sweeping views of ocean across from zGolf club and walks along beach.

Cons:

No negatives for me we loved it. The stairs may be a concern for some people.

Lovely apartment close to the beach
Pros:

Close to beach. We were lucky to have a view and a balcony. Clean, plenty of plates, glasses, pot and pans.

Cons:

Booked through Booking.com, paid an extra $20 upgrade but didn’t get the sleeping configuration I’d paid for. I booked an apartment with an extra large double & single in the second bedroom. Instead we got to singles. Not ideal for our 6 foot son. But we did have an apartment with a sea view and a balcony 🙂

Design of shower meant floor got wet and pillows in main bedroom too high and uncomfortable. Small things only.

A very spacious apartment with lots of comforts.
Pros:

The location was great, the apartment was spacious and clean

Cons:

The shower head is a rain shower with no other option. Very limited tea, coffee and sugar supplies. Other than that, the stay and property were great.

Great location, modern roomy apartment with easy access. Clean with all that was needed for a great stay. Will definitely book again.

Cons:

There are no lifts, but we did know this, having read other reviews. With an injured foot, it made things a little tricky being on the top floor. At any other time, it wouldn't have bothered me too much.

Perfect place for us for our two day stay in Mollymook.
Pros:

Easy walk to beach, table tennis was great for grandkids as something a bit different and fun, apartment itself very clean and had everything, including most importantly comfortable beds!
