Relaxed, quiet and comfy stay with no fuss!
Pros:

A quirky accommodation, in a bush setting, with clean rooms and shared bathroom facilities, straightforward meals which were tasty, and the opportunity to meet other travellers exploring Tassie!

Did not honour agreement.
Pros:

I liked the phone call giving us notice the power would be off that day.
I liked the verbally agreed refund.

Cons:

No power, No restaurant,
Maybe No shower, No toilet

No Refund!

You phoned me with this sad tale and since you agreed to refund our payment we paid for accommodation elsewhere.

No Integrity. Oh and btw, Not coming back even though I said we would. See what I did there, I let you know I changed my mind.

Inn in the bush
Pros:

The atmosphere of the hotel was lovely. The owner gave us a choice of rooms. The amenities were close by. The food was delicious 😋

Cons:

Unfortunately the walls are thin & the gentleman next door had is radio on till 11pm.

A good pub in a great location with a lot of character.

Cons:

Very limited toilet/shower facilities which had to be shared with a paddock full of campers/caravaners. No bath mats proved in any of the showers.
A different weekend without an "event" on would be a lot quieter and more relaxed.

Stunning, hidden gem not to be missed!
Pros:

What a hidden gem this place is! If you're touring in a van, tent, bike or anything, check this little place we were looked after like family, and given unbelievable friendly service from the team here. Rooms were perfect, warm and comfortable. Food on point, complimentary breakfast for early risers. You don't have to be a fisherman to stay here, one of the best motorcycle roads in Australia leads here.

Tons of character at this place! Good place to stay to access Swansea and Freycinet Park.
Pros:

It was so homey! Our room was small and we shared a bathroom but it was comfortable and fairly quiet. The staff were kind and helpful. The 2 dinners that we had (chicken parmy and mixed grill) were generous and tasty.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t maintained well while we were there. We had to ask a few times for the water jugs to be refilled.
