Cons:

The noise from the streets was so loud, as the windows are not sealed properly. Rooms were very run down, windows filthy and blinds falling apart. Wifi didn't work in our room.

The property is very run down, the pool area is unsafe. It was noisy with people partying till the early hours. The fold out couch was disgustingly unclean.

Ok for a short stay. But wouldn’t stay here long term.
Pros:

Views were outstanding , it was tidy and clean.

Cons:

Beds were awful, woke up with a sore back , they were hard. It was noisy on the balcony. The second bed wasn’t made up and there were no sheets or extra blankets.

Not worth the money and when I informed the receptionist was told things would be fixed and someone would come clean up

That it was close to where we needed to be

Cons:

It was dirty no sink tvs wouldn’t connect to internet and the noise from people just walking around and closing their room doors were loud so didn’t seem to be sound proof rooms
