So much fun
Pros:

Honestly the best stay we’ve had in Bali - the staff were unreal, so welcoming and nice. Perfect location, and the hotel is what you’d expect for a Bali hotel… new and clean enough. We’ll be staying here every time

The middle-aged male staff were extremely professional and friendly; the female staff always had warm, pleasant smiles; and the service staff consistently greeted us wherever we encountered them throughout the premises.

Pros:

Pool bar is great, staff are unbelievably nice and welcoming, location is good with a lot of areas easily accessible. Rooms are kept very clean and service is quick

Cons:

No sheet on the bed, only a very warm doona so sleeping was either hot under the covers or freezing with a leg out.

Loved it, beautiful staff who feel like family.
Pros:

My daughter and loved the quieter pool and the lovely staff that maintained it on a daily basis. So Peaceful and beautiful friendly staff.

Cons:

Our shower leaked and flooded the floor but we didn't want to bother anyone, we just used towels to mop it up afterwards.

We were here for a wedding with most of the wedding party and guest staying there.Location was perfect👌🏼

The property was fantastic. Swim up bar was awesome and location.

Cons:

Our air conditioning did not work that great. Took a long time for it to cool down.
