Love the hotel and the staff are beautiful.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The Puri is in the perfect position close to beach restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

The air conditioners need to be cleaned and serviced more reguarly. Had to swap rooms because of this issue.

Excellent location and wonderful staff. The Balinese cultural night was a lot of fun.
Pros:

The breakfast was very fresh and the surroundings were lovely.
The bed was the best bed I’ve slept in in a hotel.
Paul was excellent with the entertainment and the hotel massage therapist Eka was very good also. Good prices and service from the hotel beautician/massage.
