Excellent, minus the mountainous sleeping condition.
Pros:

Loved the hotel, lots of things to do within the hotel, amazing views from multiple areas, including in the room. Staff were absolutely amazing and can tell they all love their job and focus on making your stay as wonderful as they can.

Cons:

The bed! Initially when you sit on it, it feels like the most comfortable & luxurious bed you will ever sit on in your lifetime. However, you’ll soon realise that the middle is a mountain and the edges are slumped, if you plan on sleeping cuddled up to your partner, think again. You’ll be sleeping on different sides of the mountain on the very edge of the bed. Mattresses need to desperately be flipped/turned. Small negative for a very brilliant stay.

A very pleasant stay and one that we wouldn't hesitate to repeat.
Pros:

Room was exactly what we were hoping for. The snowstorm hit several hours after we arrived so we were limited in what we could do outside on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday. We had anticipated that. The lounge areas and restaurants were very good as was the Ed Hillary Cafe.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit cramped and the shower very tight. However we coped.

Beautiful place to stay and the staff were amazing
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing thank you as was dinner

Cons:

Everything was great
Only thing that spoiled our night was the couple next door talking loudly from around 11pm until around 3am even though we let them know! Was not the staffs fault at all!

餐點太南亞風味了 而且晚餐沒有水果 果汁還要另外加價買 只有牛奶可以喝 反而是早餐有果汁跟水果 這不應該是顛倒才對嗎？ 堂堂一個大飯店用這樣 晚餐還那麼貴 是不錯吃 但是不值得這個價位 房間廁所沒有抽風扇 既然是五星級酒店東西就應該要拿出讓

Pros:

房間的落地窗景觀

Cons:

我都已經脱完衣服準備洗澡，但是反覆嘗試打開熱水，卻始終是冰水。在浴室冷了20～30分鐘。跟櫃檯反應了兩次才安排其他房間洗澡。以致我最終著涼感冒。事後在booking app留言反應飯店管理有問題，也沒得到反饋！
