Very close proximity to the main street. Cafes, restaurants, shops all within walking distance.
Leagues Club & Woolies literally next door.
Spacious living area, nice pool, good size balcony in our 2 bedroom unit.
AC in all rooms, good closet space in bedrooms, great kitchen fitted with e erything you could need for a long or short stay.
Poor lighting in the garage area at night & the
driveway is very steep & problematic for the under carriage of your vehicle.
They management did let me know about that prior to checkin though, which I was grateful for.

Great location, close to everything with good off street parking. Beds comfortable and clean, nice spacious room and 2nd toilet is a great idea!
Carpets are old and stained, could use a clean. We specially wanted this room for the spa but the hot water was barely warm and I had to keep boiling the kettle to warm it up enough to use
The rooms are spacious with a full kitchen and laudry facilities. the bed was comfortable. The location is fantastic in the heart of the city close to all facilities and shops
Was a little noisey with the main road and the noise from next door
Lovely location, Woolworth just around the corner, the main Kiama street. Clean, affordable apartments for short and long stay, fully furnished, very spacious, a good garage. We enjoyed our stay there, thinking to come there again next time.
Bugs. This time the unit was infested with them. We had to buy bug killer to cope with them. I'm really surprised why the owner doesn't care about them.
Great location. We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious. Easy to walk to shops and cafes. We would stay there again.
I liked the location and it was quiet even though centrally located.
Draw back was the driveway, but they let us know about it in advance. Parking on the street would have been a problem as the street has a lot of traffic.
