Pros:

The staff was nice esp ishita n ankit as well as z owner paras arora.other staff too were nice.room was very clean which i always look for .location was perfect.i will again book next time.its z 2nd time i hav stayed there

Cons:

Noise from roof at midnight n 6 am since i was staying on 3rd floor n the kitchen was just above.
Food was ok but a bit oily as im not used to it .its just my personal taste.

Value for money, location very good. But, cleanliness and food not worth it
Pros:

Price was value for money as the location was in the market

Cons:

Cleanliness - washroom design flaw as water always accumulates near the door and it becomes slippery - probable washbasin leak.
Food - Even after specifically requesting no spicy food, it was very spicy and kids couldn’t have it. Since located in the market, could go out to get something from another restaurant.
Lift - had an unpleasant odour

Extremely poor property in terms of ventilation.
Rooms are old model with some basic change in exterior. Too much suffocating. I stayed only for 10 mins and within 2 hours did my check out.

It was so nice to stay with them, they are so supportive, rooms are good and specious with water bottle and tea coffee pouches , location wise just next to Karol bagh market
