Great stay-perfect location.
Pros:

Location was great, near to beach and shops/cafes. Owners were lovely and so helpful.

Cons:

Some fittings etc. were a bit tired and needed updating.

Perfect Location, room and facilities!
Pros:

We have stayed at Raumati Sands before but a long time ago, and once again we loved it. We had a friendly welcome, room was lovely, clean, had everything we needed and we used the pool facilities.. was perfect. Thankyou!

Pros:

There was so much room in our apartment . A great kitchen . Lounge . Good beds . Sky tv. Everything we could need . Pool was warm . Spa was good . Location was excellent . A walk to the beach and shops . Would recommend

Very comfortable clean & spacious with excellent location over priced needs revamp
Pros:

Location very easy with no hassles re coming & going Very spacious light & Airy

Cons:

Shower excellent pressure & water heat but flooded bathroom floor thru door which was not sealed we certainly needed all the extra towels to mop up after each use. Bathroom Towels were tired & faded was glad I took my own face cloth. A dish cloth would have been helpful used a tea towel Out door spaces & chairs very tired Table & chairs could do with a re stain /paint worn faded covers and pot plants full of dead plants & weeds for the price of the room we expected better
