One of the best.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was the best. Beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped and clean and very quiet. Close to shope and transport if required. Direct access to beach and walks. Amazing. Thank you.

Mini anniversary break
Pros:

Excellent location and amenities. Easy walk to township and places to eat. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Short drive to excellent places to visit.

Cons:

There was nothing to not like. Staff friendly and inviting very accommodating.

Overpriced at NZ $455 a night , apartment could do with a revamp. But clean enough.

Excellent break, excellent location and excellent service - 10/10
Pros:

Proximity to beach, bar and cafes. It was clean and modern and had viewable TV (Sky) channels rather than the now common place log in use your own accounts. Owner/Receptionist information and personality

Cons:

Everting was good or better, but the price was high, even considering the location etc. Other than price everything else no complaints.

Good location , poor shower design. Very hard pillows.

The shower flowed out of the bathroom into the hallway. We had to use towels to prevent flooding.
The pillows on the bed were very hard.

Would recommend to anyone going to that area. Would choose to stay again if visiting area again.
Pros:

Staff nice. Good situation. Nice looking out at bowlers. Clean. Nice to have sky sport after a week of no accommodation having it. Wished I’d bought swimming togs for pool. Looked lovely.

Cons:

Feel decor a little drab. But didn’t matter for our purposes. Was our last stay for the week away and was over stairs. Had climbed 250 stairs to lighthouse and everywhere we went after that had stairs.

Very unexpected enjoyable stay in Raumati

The fact we had a whole house with everything thinkable we might need, right near the beach, snd tiny crnter of Raumati, proprietor extremely friendly and helpful..comfortable bed!

Perfect Location, room and facilities!
Pros:

We have stayed at Raumati Sands before but a long time ago, and once again we loved it. We had a friendly welcome, room was lovely, clean, had everything we needed and we used the pool facilities.. was perfect. Thankyou!
