I would not pay the same money to go back here.
Pros:

supplies were ok. Amenities were ok. Kitchen aids were ok. Internet was ok. A/C was good.

Cons:

The car park was inconvenient as there was no guarantee. I had rush back whenever I was out and stress if I could find a spot. One staff when I checked is was a bit inconvenient, As I have asked about car park and she said there is no guarantee who gets first get one and I have to be lucky to get one if I am out. I checked into the room and saw a welcome letter in the room on first floor. In the welcome letter my room number was mentioned to be on level 2 and I would have proffered level 2 anyway. I tried to call the reception but the room telephone was not working. And then when I came down to the reception to tell her these things, first she did not really care about the phone that was not working and then about the room she said 'oh yes we decided to change the room to level 1'...!!! and there was no vie actually I was just above the car park entry on level 1. I think I paid too much for two night for this average 1 bedroom apartment. The water pressure was too low also and I struggled to take a shower after a warm day. I paid $548 for two night and I think this was too much for this hotel. I travel a lot for my work around regional areas and this one was one of the worst.

The staff went above and beyond ensuring our room was ready early I was very impressed

The only thing I would complain about was no fan in the bedroom it got hot as the aircon didn’t reach the bedroom

Everything needed for a relaxing week away!
Pros:

Super fresh and clean. Lovely hand written welcome note on arrival is a nice touch. Kitchenette in room has everything you could need - literally everything! Lots of lighting and temperature control options - such a plus if you have any sensory concerns. Really comfy bed. Swimming pool and sun lounges beautiful maintained and water was perfect temperature!

Cons:

Literally nothing - will definitely use Quest again

Comfy stay in the heart of Echuca
Pros:

Great location - comfy bed & good size rooms. A personal welcome note on arrival is always really special ❤️. Walking distance to everything and nice and quiet.

Cons:

We couldn’t get the tv to work & were keen to watch the Tour De France. Gave up after about 45mins of trying to connect to wifi etc.
