Pros:

The property was in a great location. Staff were friendly and it was great to be so close to walking tracks and a patrolled beach.

Cons:

The property needs a refresh. On arriving at the property the air conditioner was not working and we were with out if for a couple of days and the spa was not woring for two days of our stay.

If we were in the area we would stay again
Pros:

Excellent property. The grounds and our apartment were excellently maintained

Amazing location - could use some work on cleanliness and customer service.
Pros:

Amazing location and perfect for families.

Cons:

A little run down. Thought it was a bit mean not to provide very basic stuff for apartment including washing up liquid, spray n wipe and more than one cloth. Spa looked a little green. Owners were a bit grumpy telling kids off for bouncing balls around facilty and in pool. What do you expect when property is so geared up for families?? We stayed 8 days with no mid week clean which is poor.

Great place for a beach holiday.
Pros:

Straight across from a patrolled beach so perfect position. Apartment had everything you need, especially at Christmas time. Shops and Surf clubs in walking distance, with a Coles close by too.

Cons:

Maybe just supply more rubbish bags for a week’s stay. We bought toilet paper too.
