It was an inexpensive option for staying at Sunshine Beach but expect to get what you pay for.
Pros:

Great location for the beach, SLSC and Duke Street shops.

Cons:

The property was dated and not terribly clean - finger marks on the backs of doors, floor pretty dusty on arrival.

Stunning renovated unit with all mod cons
Pros:

Fully renovated, very stylish apartment in a great location. We loved the modern bathrooms, swimming pool, laundry facilities, balcony and the large smart TV with all the streaming services and very effective air con. A short walk to the beach, cafes and surf club where we had several excellent meals.

Cons:

Bad drain smell in the second bathroom.
No beach towels - really necessary in a beachside apartment where most people arrive with carry-on luggage only.

Enjoyable stay just a few minor issues
Pros:

Fabulous location & perfect listening to the sea at night

Cons:

Could have had beach towels supplied, also only one towel each & 2 hand towels between 5 people. Hair dryer was stated to be available but it wasn’t. TV should be on terrestrial as the internet is so sporadic & tv keeps buffing.

Irgendwie und ideal, nett
Pros:

Die Lage und die Größe des Appartements ist toll. Nah zur Natur. Auch der Zugang zum großen Garagen Platz, super auch mit ÖV zu fahren. Der Manager ist extrem hilfsbereit und ist bei Mangel sofort vor Ort. Sehr freundlich, Dankeschön!

Cons:

Die Küche war in beiden Wohnungen nicht sauber. Spuren der vorhergehenden Leute. Leider sieht es aus, das es schwierig ist gutes Reinigungspersonal zu finden - wenn ihr Arbeit sucht! Meldet euch bei guter Qualifikation 😃

Beautiful location, but tired apartment
Pros:

Beautiful location, close to the beach and shops in a quiet residential area.
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms downstairs, and upstairs has the living area and a powder room.

Cons:

We were in apartment #1, which isn't in the photos and wasn't what we were expecting.
Apartment is tired, broken railing at the top of the stairs is unsafe. Chair broken. Washing machine mouldy.
Not enough cups for 4 people.
Main bathroom cracked tiles, stained bathtub.
No aircon in second bedroom.
No lift, so expect to carry luggage up stairs.

Average property which is very dated and there is no lift to shift luggage
Pros:

Location only

Cons:

The first apartment we checked into was run down and stunk of bleach. Requested go change rooms, upgrade or get a refund.
Managed to change rooms which was better and continued our stay. The on site manager was attentive.
Didn’t have working aircon upstairs and it was hot.

Had a lovely time with the rest of our family being able to stay in the same location.
Pros:

Great place to walk to the beach and the surf club where we attended a wedding. Coffee shops were also an easy walk from Andari.

It was also great to have three toilets so we didn't need to go downstairs for bathroom if we were relaxing on the verandah.

Cons:

Just seemed like this unit needed a bit of an update,, but in saying that it was quite good for the price I believe.
