Pros:

The location was great, and the unit was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The unit we had the capacity was a little difficult to manoeuvre into.

Location and size of main bedroom upstairs
were both amazing. King size bed and two car parks

Cons:

Found a live cockroach and sheer curtains in main bedroom were dirty, cheap chipped crockery and frypan. Broken dishwasher, couldn’t turn off shower, water pressure in main shower too weak, toilet didn’t flush properly

We needed to relax and de-stress and we got exactly that.
Pros:

The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything that we needed and more (including beach towels). The apartment was cozy and very comfortable (especially the bed). The location was perfect, especially the ocean view and the fact that all restaurants and cafes were within a 5 minute walk. The beach was about 1 minute walk away, and the water was refreshing and beautiful at 7 am.

It was an inexpensive option for staying at Sunshine Beach but expect to get what you pay for.
Pros:

Great location for the beach, SLSC and Duke Street shops.

Cons:

The property was dated and not terribly clean - finger marks on the backs of doors, floor pretty dusty on arrival.

Stunning renovated unit with all mod cons
Pros:

Fully renovated, very stylish apartment in a great location. We loved the modern bathrooms, swimming pool, laundry facilities, balcony and the large smart TV with all the streaming services and very effective air con. A short walk to the beach, cafes and surf club where we had several excellent meals.

Cons:

Bad drain smell in the second bathroom.
No beach towels - really necessary in a beachside apartment where most people arrive with carry-on luggage only.
