Please note Sunday reception hours are from 9:00 until 11:00 for check in. If you expect to arrive after this time, please contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation to organize key collection from the properties safe.

Caribbean Noosa will be undergoing a full pool renovation from 15th June to around 28 June. (weather permitting). The pool will be closed to guests. There will be quite a bit of noise on certain days during this renovation. Please call us if you would like to discuss.

Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Disappointing, especially with the reviews we’d read and also the price we’d paid.
Pros:

The location was superb

Cons:

There were barely any toiletries provided, only tiny tubes of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, 1 or 2 rolls of toilet paper which was clearly not enough to last us for the stay. There was a message advising if we needed more to ask for them at reception, however there was never anyone at reception. We ended up buying our own supply of toiletries and toilet paper.
We were also not provided with pool towels and the same message was left, to collect from reception if needed. But again anytime we went to reception no one was there and the office was closed. We had our dirty bathroom towels collected but then not replaced until late at night.
The bed was very uncomfortable and moved around a lot.

Pros:

We had friendly greeting by the lovely Jenny and then walked around the stunning tropical gardens to our room. To our surprise our room overlooked the river and it was modern and clean. The pool was just gorgeous and solar heated which made it so pleasant to swim around. The Carribbean is situated in the best position, literally a 2 minute stroll to Hastings St and the beach.It was the perfect birthday getaway for my husband and me. We are looking forward to our next stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location was brilliant.
Sitting on the river yet also Walking distance to Hastings st.
Walking/run tracks close by
They also have kayaks for hire.
Suggest to bring a fishing rod

Pros:

Cons:

No one on reception on arrival as they were at the beach. No clean towels for two days and toilet paper and shower gel etc only supplied on third day.

It is an ideal location with a lovely river view. Clean towels provided each day.

Cons:

It states it’s a one bedroom but the bedroom is loft with open access to living area where 3rd person sleeps on pull out couch. More Suitable for 2 persons. Netflix wasn’t working or the chrome cast .

Expensive for the standard but that might be the norm for Noosa Heads! - apartment getting a bit tired in places, small shower room, automatic blinds not closing fully.
Wouldn’t expect to have to put out the rubbish and change over towels (new ones left outside door) when paying this amount.
