Great break away. Little details need attention.
Pros:

Stunning views! Lodge is warm and welcoming! Food was nice, beds we comfy!
Pros:

The rooms were lovely, though some amenities felt a little dated. The main lodge is absolutely stunning. A few menu items, including drinks, were unavailable during our stay, which was disappointing, especially as we were there to celebrate a birthday.
Aside from that, the staff were lovely, and the location and views were stunning.

Cons:

Spa bath out of order for renovation. Somethings look tired.

Country house hotel that doesn't quite live up to expectations
Pros:

The main house was very pleasant, staff very friendly.

Cons:

Dinner menu very limited, we managed with bar snacks but quite disappointing considering how remote the location. Found breakfast very disappointing. The rooms were a distance from the main house and given the weather we decided to drive up to the house. The narrow steep and twisty 5km gravel drive to the house should be flagged up more prominently. No TV in the room.

A relaxing calm environment at the end of a very stressful changing flight arrangements home.
Pros:

A beautiful location but at the end of a 8 mile gravel narrow road which took us a little by surprise but my oh my what a worthy drive. Luscious grounds and with nature. Beautiful lounges. Superb and kind staff. Excellent food.

Cons:

The spa bath didn’t work.
The patio furniture was dirty and not as hoped and no side table on patio.

Awesome, awesome, awesome - we lovel it there! A hidden treasure - so close, yet so far!
Pros:

We loved the relaxed, welcoming environment, the feeling of simple luxury in a beautiful, private setting, and the friendly, helpful staff - will definitely book it again!

Cons:

We loved everything - though we've been there a couple of times now and will book our favourite villa in our favourite area next time.

Excellent, would come again
Pros:

Overall experience was excellent with very polite and attentive staff, with excellent communication, great food and nice peaceful surroundings.

Cons:

A few small things like broken slats on venetian blinds at entry which spoils first impressions, a few hooks on curtains missing resulting in a drooping curtain. Windows needed a bit of a clean to enhance what are ammazing views. Debris from lawn mowing and leaves if cleared from just around unit would have added just a bit more of a wow factor. Appreciate the time of year but little detail s can sometimes add just an extra dimension to a special location.
