Clean big rooms and right location

We had to be at the hospital early so the location and comfortable stay was perfect
The only thing I didn't like was you could see straight through to the shower and toilet from the bedroom
Love the locality and the facilities
The staff at the front counter never seem to be friendly
The rooms were very clean. Great being attached to the wests leagues club, it was very handy for dinner with kids. The pools and spa were great for the kids.
1.5 days out of our 3 night stay, the spa wasn't in use. It was disappointing as one of those days was a bit too cold to go in the pool, and the spa would of been perfect.
I live in newcastle and only stay so I can spend the day in the pool area to use the spa. The day I was there the spa was out of order. So it was all a bit of a waste of money.
Great facilities and nice room
Nothing it was all good
The pool area and service was excellent, buffet breakfast was great, handly location to John Hunter Hospital.
Bed 'two' had a collapsed side / corner which was attended to quickly by staff. Mattress reversed or flipped appreciated, but requires replacement. Just constantly felt like 'falling' off this bed 😆
