Cons:

There was some work being undertaken at the time and some of the lifts were out of order. But this was a temporary thing.

Good location, easy to find and park in, clean and large rooms.
Pros:

Easy to access, good size rooms, helpful staff

Cons:

The car park lift was broken 😞 shower wasn’t very warm. Tv is very small.

For a disabilities room, fridge was quite inaccessible. Bed felt like was collapsed in middle.

Awesome location , friendly staff, amazing meals next door at the club
Pros:

The property was clean, beds were very comfortable and slept well… staff were awesome 😎

Cons:

The curtains didn’t block out the early morning sunlight and this brightened the room up before I wanted to wake up

Pleasant with helpful staff and forfilled the one night passing stop we booked for.
Pros:

Staff very helpful. Room very good. Breakfast adequate.

Cons:

Found the evening resturants not user friendly for older people. Menu at high level or QR code no actual menu to sit and ponder.

Cons:

I have rang 3 times to ask for my $100 deposit back and they still have yet to return my money. Very poor experience unfortunately.
