Great location, excellent restaurants, in particular the Chophouse grill. The two free Tesla charges were great and access to the well appointed gym was good as well.
There was a lot of building work going on throughout the building.

The entire hotel was woken up in the middle of the night, around 2am, for about 25 minutes. The fire alarm went off and it was very loud followed by hotel staff over speaker. Our children cried and could not fall asleep. My daughter lost her basketball game.

Carpark lift was not working so had to walk back to to reception to use their lift to get to the room
The butt plug I found in the bathroom that had obviously been missing when they cleaned
all staff were polite and friendly

Resturant location. Shower left water on toilet floor. No microwave in the room. Water at trickle in basin put water on the floor. Cleaner was advised.
The walk from the room to the lift was exhausting for my wife.

We had a smoke alarm go off and had conflicting information about evacuating- need to get this right lucky it was a false alarm.
