Tolles zentral gelegenes Hotel am Lavinia Mount. Zimmer mit Meerblick, super Frühstück und sehr freundliche Menschen.
Hote as a good scenic view & pool is very clean. Staffs are also polite especially Nilantha is very polite & humble.....ready to help at any time....with a very good smile.

Pleasant stay, comfortable rooms. Pool is amazing and looks over the beach. All rooms face the ocean. Food is decent, Breakfast is amazing. Nilanthe at the gate is the most helpful person I came across, always wore a smile and enterprising, guiding and more so caring. He ensured we don’t get for our flight.
Nilantha has received us and took us to the room. His hospitality is excellent.
Very disappointing experience at Berjaya Hotel Colombo. The breakfast staff’s behavior completely ruined what could have been a pleasant stay. We were delayed by only around 10 minutes for breakfast after an exhausting journey the previous night, and we had already informed the hotel beforehand over the phone that we might be slightly late.
Despite this, the staff in charge was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Instead of showing basic hospitality or understanding, he stood over us while we were taking food and repeatedly rushed us to finish quickly. The entire experience felt uncomfortable and embarrassing rather than welcoming.
Hospitality is about making guests feel valued, and unfortunately that was completely missing here. A little empathy and professionalism would have gone a long way.

The hotel and the staff are wonderful, it has an interior courtyard with a swimming pool with variable depth, the bellman is a nice, smiling, polite, respectful guy, the ambiemce is relaxed, intimate, pleasant and the food is great!

We had a great experience at berjaya hotel.the view is beautiful, food is delicious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
We had a small issue with room door key ,but Malindu from maintenance fixed it quickly - great and supportive staff.
Highly recommended,very safe and worth staying!.
The rooms were not tidy and once we went to have Dinner, the Buffett was over and we had to order from the set menu. we waited for the food in the restaurant and the waiter took the wrong order and we ended up in the room waitng for the food to be prepared again. it took another 1 hour for the food. Only the Housekeeping Boy Dilshan gave an excellent service.
This hotel is very close to the beach. But far from city centre. This is a old hotel lack of maintenance. I found dust on the furniture. Spider was hanging from the roof. I asked for drinking water to room service. But they didn’t send. Every time entered the room have to logging the Wifi repeatedly.
