Pros:

We had a great stay at Quest Ballarat. The reception staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is very good, close to Ballarat Central and shops, which was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay a lot. We spent one day at Ballarat Wildlife Park and another at Sovereign Hill, and Quest Ballarat was a great place to stay for the trip. There were many accommodation options available, but choosing a well-known accommodation chain gave us extra confidence and helped avoid unexpected surprises.

Beautiful designed room - great location - super clean & comfortable
Pros:

Clean, nice design, comfortable, & close to the central.
Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

I traveled with my son. We got a tiny issue when the receptionist assigned us to a “wrong room” at first time (which was fine as human made mistake from time to time).
However, the way the second receptionist handled the mistake was a unacceptable in such a high rank hotel: she rushed into to the room with her keys while we were sleeping as we drank during lunch, and shouted at our face “what is your name?” which is super confusing (We already checked in and she does not know our names?)
In our view, the first one - who politely called & apologized for this mistake, then went to our room & nicely asked us to move to the correct room - is more professional.
Other than that all staff were super helpful & supportive.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
Pros:

We booked a two bedroom apartment and had a great experience. The check in process was smooth, there was plenty of parking available outside the building. The location is very convenient.
The king size bed was extremely comfortable, room was very clean. The kitchen was also well equipped with everything we needed.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. we highly recommend it to our friends.

Lovely heritage building with nice paintings and photos in the corridors. Very convenient location. Amazing staff Helen and Annette, super friendly and offering additional support to us with patience.

Not the property’s fault but gee, Ballarat police, do something about the hoons with outrageously loud cars speeding and doing wheelies up and down the main road till late. AND it was only Monday.

Pros:

Spacious, well equipped two bedroom appointment with ensuite and bathroom/laundry. The bed linen and towels were white and clean. Located a walking distance to the restaurants and pubs.

Cons:

Currently undergoing renovations, so the temporary carpark was further away from the building entrance.
