Not going to condemn for one cleaning mistake, probably would stay again.

Liked everything except below.

Cons:

Spa was dirty, I don't mind a little dust but when it's pubic hair that's not good. Also used tissues and used show tickets in 1 bedside table, I disposed of tissues but left tickets there because dates were old so as to show how long since someone looked.

Staying at Adamson
Pros:

It was within easy walk of excellent restaurant and a cafe/bakery, art galleries, mountain bike hire, museum and shops in town. Also close to riverside walk or bike ride. Lovely Swiss style cabin accommodation

Location, Staff were amazing!! Manager and Julie were incredible- making us feel like part of the furniture!

This is the second time we have stayed and we will be coming back again! The ducks/ BBQ area were a real treat for a single mum family!! letting us use the laundry!! big tick!!

Cons:

Cleanliness of showers/bathroom- bugs coming in during the night bit of a distraction also :(
Cleaners forgetting to place new towels after cleaning room. To be honest this was minor- it didn't bother me that much.
