Pros:

We only stopped for one night on the way to perth but it was OK, room was a little small but adequate, bed comfy, we arrived late so didn't meet any staff until leaving in the morning, a bit tight parking the car, some friendly ducks in garden was a bit quirky never seen that before.

Easy self check in, lovely neat older style room but renovated to keep everything functional & clean, gardens &

Easy parking & location to town. Lovely gardens & self contained kitchenette perfect for our quick weekend visit.

Cons:

Not the property’s fault but was quite noisy on the street (Sat night) - our bedroom faced the restaurant opposite. Quietened down by 10pm.

Highly recommend, great place to stay!
Pros:

Wonderful place, great room, bbq area in courtyard, close to town , and river walk. Nice and quiet and microwave, crockery toaster etc.

Perfect stay in Margaret river
Pros:

Excellent location in Margaret River. The room is very clean and has a good selection of tea. Bed is very comfy and pillows are great.

Surprised to see an available BBQ with condiments ready for use. Didn’t use it but it’s an excellent idea and looks to be in good condition.

Fed some ducks, slept like a log - good times.
Pros:

The property is at one end of the main strip of shops in Margaret River, so the Brewhouse and loads of other shops, bars and restaurants are all walking distance away. I drove so I'm not sure what the public transport situation was like, but there was ample parking in the car park of the property.

The room had a verandah which was nice to sit on for a few work calls, and there are ducks in the front yard which come around for a feed at 4pm every day which was very cute. The room was also spacious, clean, had some amenities like coffee, tea and a water jug, fridge and microwave. Also some wine glasses because... it's Margaret River.

Staff were lovely - Reception is not 24 hours but they have a key drop off for early leavers - not sure what their policy is on check in after hours but they were very accomodating so I'm sure they'd have something in place.

We had two queen rooms and a two bedroom apartment for a party of 9 all mixed ages from grandparents to children.
Pros:

Great quirky property in an ideal location, would definitely book here again. The duck feeding on an afternoon is so cute, they even take it out of your hands.

Cons:

Can’t say there was anything we didn’t like.

Great spot
Pros:

We had a studio room with 2 club chairs and small table, fridge and basic cooking facilities. Bed was comfortable, bathroom a good size. It was very quiet considering we were there on a long weekend.
There was a private seating area out one side of our room.
Entry on the other side was through a communal BBQ area with tables and chairs.
Restaurants, cafes and bars are within 10-15 min walk at most.
Parking onsite, but street parking would also be safe.
