Pros:

The room was clean

Cons:

The building's internal walls had a lot of patches and were in need of painting.
Very few amenities inside the room - only 2 x coffee bags. No tea bags. No water. No mini bar.
The only window as frosted and unable to look out of it.
Parking was very limited and spaces very tight.

Comfortable accommodation in great location with onsite parking.
Pros:

We were allocated a spacious 1 bedroom, 1st floor room at the rear of the complex and it was reasonably clean, with a comfortable bed, pillows, kitchen facilities and bathroom. A very comfortable stay for 1 night. Great location and we walked into/from the main town area. Efficient check in process with knowledgeable staff was appreciated.

Cons:

Some dust was noted around the room, and cobwebs in the corner of the room.

Excellent room and everything we needed.
Pros:

The room was great. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Great for our elderly mum.

Cons:

Outside the room there were leaves in the entryway. They were there for two days.

Good location, close to walks and restaurants

Cons:

We had two two bedroom apartments. There was only room for one car after leaving the property for dinner. We parked in a back street.The property has clean rooms but the approaching stairs were filthy and belied what lay beyond. A good pressure wash would fix that. Other times we have stayed we thought fresh paint would also freshen up the public areas.

Comfortable for a short stay on a budget!
Pros:

Great location, lots of parking, bed was comfortable enough for a short stay. Good in room facilities.

Cons:

Shower is in desperate need of a good scrub, there was a fair bit of black mould on the roof and in the shower door as there is no fan. The air conditioning also loudly buzzed when on and we stayed on a very warm night, with no option for air flow otherwise like cracking a window, we had to try sleep through the loud buzz. Also TV channels aren’t all working.

Fair, won't rush back

None of the major tv channels were working and when I tried to call reception to ask about it there were no batteries in the phone. bed was fine and kitchen facilities were good too

Great value in a great location
Pros:

Great location. The room was spacious and had many amenities. All the kitchen appliances that you need. Very comfortable bed. Good shower.

We were near one of the main doors to the hallway. And you could hear the door closing quite loudly.

Spacious, comfortable modern rooms in a great location to the CBD. Only stayed for one night but could easily settle in for longer.
