Overpriced for what we got.

It wasn't far from the airport.

Cons:

Thought parking was included but got there and it's not. Had to pay an extra $30 for parking and it was accross the road, not on-site. I think the price we paid was overpriced. The shower tub mixer was very hard to use and my husband was the only one that could switch it over. It had what we needed it just didn't meet my expectations for the price we paid.

Cosy, clean and convenient: Modern city apartment with everything you need.
Pros:

Special shoutout to Monique who did an exceptional job cleaning/tidying/restocking supplies in our rooms. It was so nice to come back after a long day and find new towels, trash taken out, and all our beds made while on a family holiday. 5 star service!

Cons:

Some of the room features need some TLC and maintenance — eg: black standing fan in the bedroom did not actually stand upright because the bolt/screw to hold it in place was loose(?) and therefore wouldn’t spin; the fan suction speed on kitchen exhaust could not be adjusted because the sliding scale/button was broken (so after we made food, it had to be turned off at the man switch); the laundry machine was leaking when we did the first washing load but after we reported it to Calvin, he got someone up really quickly to fix the machine.

Good Central location
Pros:

Please send accommodation limited facilities. Cleanliness is not the best. Staff are very friendly. Franklin Hotel next door provides good meals and friendly service.
