Time to change the mattress and the blanket. The blanket is very thin and it is very cold in the night with the aircon on. The aircon controller basically cannot adjust the wind strength. It is always at the higher fan even it has set to the lowest. Location is very good. you can walk to the jonker street.

Value for money

The hotel is a very short walking distance to the major tourist attractions in Melaka.Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is provided. Rooms are very dated and my room had water damage which has not been repaired. The room was made available to us with the toilet and bathroom soaking wet after being washed. The room itself is dusty and not clean. Would I come here again? I don't think so.

I wanted to give this property high marks because of the kind and accommodating staff. However, their Internet connectivity is really slow and flaky. They need an upgrade.

Very close to Jonkers street. Within walking distance. A little dated but worth the location. Don’t plan to be mobile with a vehicle, foot patrol is highly recommended. Lots of things to see within this location. Double jacuzzi was a pleasant surprise

it is safe and quiet...walkable to the nearest attraction centers.

Staff were uninteresred before 3pm. Reception was present but on the phone. Only saving grace of the hotel is Wong who attended to us when we arrived before 3pm. We were allowed to deposit our luggage. Rest of the stay was "meh" corridoor was covered in obvious water patch. Rooms were spacious, everything was chargeable. Nice if you like bugs for room mates

It’s an average hotel. More friendlier for couples without kids.

Was a good stay. Had all the basic amenities and was close to the red square and Jonker street. They had maintenance on our floor which took out power and water but we were heading out anyways and by the time we were back, it was all functioning with no problems.

The staffs were very helpful, always ready to help us with the door when we had a handful of bags haha. The environment was great too, walking distance to tourist attractions. Room was clean as expected. Overall great service and great stay!

OK but definitely not as high-end as the photos suggest. Location is good. Towels are threadbare and are well overdue replacing.

my room didnt have hair dryer. my sisters' room didnt have air-cond.

my room was more expensive than my sisters' rooms but was so basic and ugly. their rooms were so nice.

my room didnt even have a window. very claustrophobic.

Stayed in the celebration suite. In-room jacuzzi was good! The cabinet under the sink was falling apart though. The sheets and pillows were NOT CLEAN. Didn't dare to touch the sofas either.

Friendly stuff, clean facilities, nice breakfast, close to jonker street.

The facade is all colonial but the amenities are few. Parking was sparse and outdoor on rocky surface. The towels and other hotel supplies were below my expected standard. Having stayed at other colonial type of hotels, I expected a higher standard. Even the welcome area / reception was dull and not inviting but the hotel room was clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was OK.
