If we hadn’t upgraded I would have rated it better how ever it was very misleading upgrade
Pros:

Close to the beach, clean

Cons:

We upgraded to an ocean view which was sea glimpses when you were on the tiny balcony.
The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly and the bathroom fan made a terrible noise.

if they renovate bedrooms and keep the house more clean , it is a perfect apartment .
Pros:

Its location and its kitchen itself ,although its cutlery and pans and pots are not in average quality

Very relaxing
Pros:

Very clean and spacious apartment. Very comfortable beds. Parking under shelter on the property. Walking distance to the beach, the golf club and cafes.
Close to Ulladulla where you can find more coffe shops, boutiques, restaurants, supermarkets and more.
Dave is a very helpful and great host.
We had a very relaxing time there and will definitely be back.
