Happy Days in Mollymook
Pros:

Lovely spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, comfortable enough bed but my husband & I are short & tall so it's hard when we are travelling to get great comfort for both unless we sleep in separate beds - which we have done on occasions.
Great cross ventilation with cool coastal breezes coming through living area & main bedroom.
very close to beach (great beach) & very close to Golf club - great for dinner. The Bogey Hole swimming spot is not far - you can walk - most people drive. Great to cool off & snorkel.
Dave the host is lovely - very friendly & easy to engage with for information - we decided to stay an extra night & he gave us a good deal.
There is a laundry you can use without charge & an outside clothesline.

Cons:

The only negative was the traffic noise at times as it's on the corner of Shepherd & Ingold. Shepherd is a reasonable thoroughfare to the beach & the Golf club. So there were certain times that the traffic would get noisy.
Although the AirCon worked very well- so just shut the doors & windows & turn it on - Happy Days.
